OSPRI has developed a series of online training programmes for the NAIT Accreditation Standard.

These programmes have been designed for those individuals and/or organisations responsible for the movement of NAIT animals and must be completed as part of the accreditation process.

An overview of each programme is detailed below. Simply choose a programme, complete the registration and payment process and get started. On payment you will be emailed a link to access the programme and on successful completion you will receive a certificate.

QCONZ is administering these online training programme on behalf of OSPRI.

Programme 1

NAIT Information Providers

This course is for those who will be accredited to assist others to meet their NAIT obligations under the NAIT Accreditation Standard. This includes (and not limited to) a company or individual:

  • That operate farm management tools for farmers that also offer a NAIT related service
  • Stock agents
  • Farm consultants and vets
  • Specialist NAIT consultants

NAIT Entities dealing with NAIT Animals

This course is for those individuals or organisations that will be accredited to deal with (trade in or process) NAIT animals under the NAIT Accreditation Standard. This includes (and not limited to):

  • Saleyard agents
  • Meat processors
  • Export facilities

- NAIT Entities dealing with NAIT Animals

This is a combined course for:

  • Those that will be accredited to assist others to meet their NAIT obligations under the NAIT Accreditation Standard.
  • Those entities that will be accredited to deal with (trade in or process) NAIT animals under the NAIT Accreditation Standard.
